Python Engineer
Summary
[Key Responsibilities]
Design and develop Python applications, including system architecture
Design and implement ETL processes, data pipelines, and other Data Lake–related systems
Design and develop systems related to generative AI
[Development Process]
Gather requirements and user stories from business users
Analyze business operations and identify system requirements
Design system architecture based on requirements and implement development
Responsible for the entire process from business hearings to application development and delivery
[Team Structure]
6 in-house Python engineers
Teams of 3 ~ 4 members work together on each project
[Main Projects]
◆ Data Analytics System – Architecture Improvement and Feature Additions
The data analytics system of a global company collects data daily from multiple countries and languages and processes it using AI engines
To expand the scope of analyzed data and improve processing speed, it is necessary to design and develop enhanced pipelines or improve parallel processing architectures
◆ Data Lake – ETL and Data Pipeline Architecture Design Improvement and Feature Additions
For multiple global companies’ data platforms, design and implement architectures related to ETL development, data quality monitoring, Data Marts, and data catalogs
◆ Generative AI System Development
Use generative AI to design and develop systems such as RAG, business agents, and summarization
Personnel Requirements (Must Have)
・Over 3 years of experience in Python development
・Experience developing applications using cloud services
・Ability to extract necessary business data using SQL
・Basic CLI skills, including SSH access and Linux commands
・Proactive in trying new services and technologies, and able to gradually acquire knowledge and skills
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify causes and propose solutions
・Business-level Japanese language proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N1 or above)
Personnel Requirements (Nice to Have)
・Experience with Data Lake, ETL, Glue Jobs, DataFlow, or similar development
・Experience in generative AI–related development
・Experience with agile development
