HR Manager

Summary
■ Planning and Execution of Talent Strategy
- Develop and implement hiring plans, organizational development strategies, and personnel transfers
- Optimize hiring, placement, and evaluations based on business strategy
■ Planning and Implementation of HR Initiatives
- Plan and execute initiatives to address organizational issues
- Formulate and promote initiatives that reflect management policies at the operational level
■ Employee Management Support
- Support personnel management within business departments
- Supervise and manage HR members at various locations
■ Oversight of HR and Labor Operations
- Manage HR operations such as labor management and payroll
- Collaborate and coordinate with external labor consultants and HR advisors
Personnel Requirements (Must Have)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
- HRBP Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an HRBP in a corporate setting (5+ years preferred)
- HR Team Management: At least 1 year of experience managing a team of 2 or more
- HR Systems Experience: Experience in designing, implementing, and operating various HR systems
- Labor Knowledge: Understanding of Japanese labor laws and regulations
- English Proficiency: Business-level (able to handle email correspondence in English)
Personnel Requirements (Nice to Have)
- Industry Experience: HR experience in a technology company
- Recruitment Experience: Experience recruiting technical personnel (e.g., engineers)
- IPO Preparation: Experience being involved in IPO preparation
- Global Environment: Work experience in a multinational or global organization
- Language Skills: Chinese language proficiency is a plus
