ETL Development Engineer

Summary
◆You will be responsible for designing, developing, and operating ETL processes in data analysis and data warehouse (DWH) environments built on AWS.
◆Designing and implementing data collection, preprocessing, and transformation from various data sources
◆Building ETL pipelines using AWS Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, and other services
◆Managing data stores such as Amazon S3, Redshift, and Athena
◆Scheduling and monitoring data updates and batch processing
◆Ensuring data quality, designing error detection and recovery processes
◆Supporting data provision for BI tools and data science platforms
◆Handling data security, access control, and audit compliance
Personnel Requirements (Must Have)
・3+ years of ETL design and development experience in AWS environments
・Development experience using AWS Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, etc.
・Basic knowledge of data modeling and data normalization
・Experience using data-related AWS services such as S3, Redshift, and Athena
・2+ years of experience implementing ETL logic using Python or PySpark
・Knowledge of SQL tuning and query optimization
・Japanese language proficiency at N1 level or above
Personnel Requirements (Nice to Have)
・Experience designing data lake and data warehouse (DWH) architectures
・Experience using orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster
・Experience automating data pipelines with CI/CD practices
・Experience handling sensitive data (PII / personal information protection)
・AWS certifications (e.g., Data Analytics, Solutions Architect)
