Summary
You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and management of our group’s IT systems and infrastructure, with a focus on cloud-based environments. This position requires close collaboration with various departments, including internal administration and business divisions, and plays a key role in strengthening IT systems, security, and governance across the group while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
<Main Responsibilities>
・Operation, account management, and maintenance of internal O365 systems
・Operation, account management, and maintenance of internal systems (e.g., attendance, HR, time tracking)
・Software license management and procurement
・Improvement of IT security policies and internal IT governance
・Management of internal IT equipment
・IT help desk support
・Operational support for obtaining and renewing ISMS/PMS certifications
・Support and response to external IT audits by clients or third parties
Personnel Requirements (Must Have)
Applicants with experience in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
・Proven experience in managing infrastructure for internal corporate systems
・Hands-on experience with network and VPN technologies
・Experience in handling security audits and compliance with ISMS and Privacy Mark (P-Mark) standards
・Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work flexibly and effectively with various internal departments
Personnel Requirements (Nice to Have)
・As this position involves collaboration with overseas offices, you will have the opportunity to make use of your language skills in English, Chinese, and other languages.
・Native-level proficiency in Japanese is required.
