Project Manager
Summary
・Formulation of project plans (schedule, resources, cost, and risk management)
・Etablishment of the development structure and management of progress and issues
・Requirement definition, negotiation, and specification adjustments with customers/business stakeholders
・Ensuring quality, budget, and delivery deadlines
・Selection and implementation of appropriate development methodologies, such as Scrum or Waterfall
Personnel Requirements (Must Have)
・Experience in building systems such as MES, WMS, and QMS in a manufacturing environment
・Practical experience as a team lead or PM/PL (2 years or more)
・Experience in requirement definition, specification adjustments, and development management
・Business-level proficiency in Japanese and Chinese
Personnel Requirements (Nice to Have)
・Experience in managing global projects
・Experience in implementing and operating Agile/Scrum development (Scrum Master/PMP certification is a plus)
・Experience in system development projects in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
・Support for front-end development through collaboration with UI/UX teams
・Management of collaboration with offshore development teams
・Experience as a PdM/PM in a product development company
