Summary
This is a position focused on upstream processes, supporting end-to-end initiatives from strategy planning to execution.
Main Responsibilities:
・Developing strategies, designing PoCs, and organizing business requirements for clients’ DX and AI initiatives
・Communicating with executives and department heads to identify issues and build consensus
・Designing project strategies and managing execution as a product manager
・Structuring and creating slide materials for proposals, reports, and strategic documents
・Acting as a bridge to the implementation phase through collaboration with in-house engineers and designers
Personnel Requirements (Must Have)
・Experience in planning or project management at a consulting firm (strategy, IT, etc.) or in a corporate planning role at a business company
・Solid understanding and hands-on experience with AI/data utilization and digital transformation (DX)
・Experience as a Product Manager (PdM), or equivalent execution and project-driving capabilities
・Strong negotiation and facilitation skills with senior executives and middle management
・Excellent skills in problem structuring, logical thinking, and information organization; proficiency in creating slide materials
・Strong willingness and ability to learn new technologies and business domains quickly
Personnel Requirements (Nice to Have)
・Basic knowledge and understanding of AI and machine learning
・Familiarity with system development and digital product development
・Experience working in multilingual environments (e.g., English, Chinese)
・Background in consulting firms or experience at tech startups
