Development Project Manager / Lead

Summary
◆ Project Manager (PM)
・Planning project schedules, resources, costs, and risks
・Building development teams and managing progress and issues
・Defining requirements, negotiating, and adjusting specifications with clients and business stakeholders
・Ensuring quality, budget, and delivery deadlines
・Selecting and implementing appropriate development methodologies such as Scrum or Waterfall
・Managing collaboration with offshore teams and external vendors
◆ Project Leader (PL)
・Providing technical leadership and daily task management for the development team
・Organizing requirements, creating basic designs, and conducting design reviews
・Offering technical support during implementation and testing phases
・Coaching team members and conducting code reviews
・Proposing and implementing improvements to enhance development quality and productivity
Personnel Requirements (Must Have)
・Over 3 years of experience in web or mobile application development
・Over 2 years of practical experience as a team lead or project manager/leader (PM/PL)
・Experience in requirements definition, specification adjustment, and development management
・Experience using management tools such as Git, JIRA, and Confluence
・Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineers and designers
・Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and Chinese
Personnel Requirements (Nice to Have)
・Experience implementing and managing Agile/Scrum development (Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus)
・Experience in system construction projects using cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
・Support for front-end development in collaboration with UI/UX teams
・Management of collaboration with offshore development teams
・Product Manager (PdM) or Project Manager (PM) experience in product development companies
