Summary
・Develop and deliver IT solution proposals based on the business challenges of clients in the distribution, manufacturing, or insurance industries, including schedules, delivery plans, cost estimates, and risk assessments
・Assemble cross-functional proposal teams in collaboration with internal project managers and engineers, and oversee project progress and issue resolution
・Conduct requirements gathering with clients and business stakeholders, identify and structure business challenges, and coordinate specifications and negotiations
・Secure contracts and ensure profitability through quotation preparation, contract negotiations, and budget management
・Propose and support the implementation of optimal solutions based on appropriate development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Waterfall) based on project needs
Personnel Requirements (Must Have)
・Experience in proposal-based or solution sales for systems in the financial services, insurance, distribution, or manufacturing industries
・At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or pre-sales within a systems integrator (SIer) or the IT industry
・Experience gathering and organizing client requirements, and preparing and delivering proposals using PowerPoint
・Experience in or a strong interest in building new client relationships
・Strong coordination and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Personnel Requirements (Nice to Have)
・Experience negotiating and coordinating with overseas offices or external partners on global projects
・Experience leading or supporting Agile/Scrum development projects (Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus)
・Sales or proposal experience related to business systems such as MES, WMS, QMS, or core enterprise systems
・Experience collaborating with product development companies or participating in product-based solution proposals
・Experience in selling in-house products, SaaS solutions, or packaged software
